Once an investment amount is determined, Brade Street Properties will purchase a distressed property—usually at 30% to 50% below market value, use the invested funds to renovate the property, and then sell the home to a retail homebuyer and/or landlord. When the house is sold, we return the investment to the investor with a competitive interest rate. Through this collaborative effort, the investor is able to assist in the revitalization of a community and provide a secure home to a family while obtaining a competitive rate of return on their investment.
